- Please apply for housing arrangements at least two weeks prior to your arrival. The accommodation arrangement fee is JPY 20,000. (approx. $200 USD)
- Deposits, rules, and regulations relating to dormitories and apartments differ depending on the unit.
- Accommodation Deposits and arrangement fees should be transferred to a designated bank account one week prior to your arrival in Japan. (Reservations may be canceled if you miss the payment deadline.)
- Please be aware that deposits and arrangement fees are not refundable once arrangements are made.

- Commuting time to School is approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
