KAI – ABOUT KAI

KAI – ABOUT KAI

The Meaning of “KAI”

The word kai can be represented by several characters with meanings such as “open,” “comfortable,” “understanding,” “world,” “encounter,” “ocean,” and “innovate.” The word kai epitomizes our desire for students to learn not only Japanese language skills but also communication methods for mutual understanding, in an environment in which students can meet and learn with people from all over the world, as well as the stance of our instructors and staff that we are determined to constantly develop and improve in order to teach students to interact with the world in another language.
